After 22 years, Jim and Kathy Macdonald are selling Bella Ciao. The Macdonalds are grateful to you and the Ann Arbor community for the decades of support.
The business is being sold to a group of entrepreneurs led by Chef Brandon Johns, former Executive Chef at The Chop House and Vinology. The new restaurant, Grange Kitchen & Bar, will embrace Farm-to-Table dining and feature seasonal menus inspired by the fresh flavors of local farms and farmer’s markets. Guests to Grange will enjoy frequent menu changes, fresh flavorful products from local resources and simple preparations designed to accentuate the ingredients’ natural flavors.
